75151 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What is the total amount, if any, of individuals who arrived into New Zealand on a Work To Residence Visa during the week of 4th November 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that during the week beginning 4 November 2024, a total of seven individuals arrived in New Zealand on a Work to Residence Visa (comprising both residence and temporary entry Work to Residence Visa holders). First arrivals under the skilled residence Work to Residence pathway are likely to be low due to the requirement to have worked in New Zealand for 24 months and therefore most are granted visas while onshore.
