Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand engaged in contract negotiations with Whānau Āwhina Plunket; New Zealand’s largest Well Child Tamariki Ora provider, to deliver childhood immunisations, with a focus on: • The Immunisation Taskforce’s Immunisation Prioritisation Matrix • Tamariki unable to access immunisation support from their usual primary care provider • Tamariki not enrolled or engaged in primary care.
