74140 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 on the priority action ‘invest in research and initiatives that help all parts of the health system harness innovation and new technologies to improve access to health information, health services and improved health outcomes for disabled people and their whānau (This includes initiatives aimed at improving digital literacy within the disabled population, while recognising that digital means are not accessible to all disabled people.)’ within ‘Priority 2: Ensure the health system is designed by and accessible for disabled people and their whānau and provides models of care that suit their needs’ as part of the Ministry of Health’s ‘Provisional Health of Disabled People Strategy: 2023’?
