Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 on the priority action ‘continue to support the Social Sector Commissioning Action Plan 2022–2028 (Ministry of Social Development 2022), which explicitly focuses on implementing a relational approach to commissioning across the social sector, to address the broader determinants of health and wellbeing for disabled people and their whānau’ within ‘Priority 3: Ensure the health system is part of a coherent cross government system that addresses broader drivers of poor health and wellbeing’ as part of the Ministry of Health’s ‘Provisional Health of Disabled People Strategy: 2023’?
