Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the number of sanctions applied for failing social obligations for enrolment in early childhood education or school, if any, imposed on working age main benefit clients since March 2024 by quarter, broken down by ethnicity, age band, gender, and benefit type?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that no sanctions for failing social obligations have been applied since January 2024. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 74048 (2024) and 74049 (2024).
