Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the number of sanctions, if any, imposed on clients with children receiving Jobseeker Support – Health Condition or Disability or the Supported Living Payment for each quarter since March 2024, broken down by ethnicity, age band, gender, and sanction type?
Hon Louise Upston: I refer the member to the attached tables:
• Table One: The number of sanctions for failing work obligations for Jobseeker Support – Health Condition or Disability and Supported Living Payment clients, with or without children during the period 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, broken down by ethnicity.
• Table Two: The number of sanctions for failing work obligations for Jobseeker Support – Health Condition or Disability and Supported Living Payment clients, with or without children during the period 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, broken down by age.
• Table Three: The number of sanctions for failing work obligations for Jobseeker Support – Health Condition or Disability and Supported Living Payment clients, with or without children during the period 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, broken down by gender.
• Table Four: The number of sanctions for failing work obligations for Jobseeker Support – Health Condition or Disability and Supported Living Payment clients, with or without children during the period 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, broken down by sanction type.
