Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that 21 of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have been delivered to date, including priority SOPs focused on critical safety matters such as responding to incidents, enhanced wellbeing checks, and the use of secure care units and searches. Training for these SOPs has been completed in four out of five youth justice residences. A further 10 SOPs have been developed and implementation of these has commenced. I am further advised that the remaining SOPs are at various stages of development and are all expected to be implemented by mid-2025.
