73957 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Children: How many roles, if any, did the Minister's departments, if any, lose from 1 November 2023 to 1 November 2024, and how many of these roles, if any, were in the Otago region?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that in its recent restructure, a total of 579 positions were disestablished, with 176 new positions established, resulting in an overall net reduction of 403 positions. I am further advised that six of the disestablished positions were in the Otago region.
