73873 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: Can the Minister confirm she is considering removing a requirement for schools to have particular regard to the National Education and Learning Priorities (NELP) issued by the Education Minister?

Hon Erica Stanford: Yes. I have recently sought public feedback on a proposal to remove the NELP from the Education and Training Act 2020.
