Hon Erica Stanford: I have received the following reports from the Ministry of Education regarding changes to schools’ legislated objectives: • 7 June 2024 - Amendments to section 127 of the Education and Training Act 2020 • 26 June 2024 - Seeking Cabinet approval to consult on section 127 amendments and removing the NELP in ETAB No 2 • 1 November 2024 - Summary of submissions on proposed amendments to school board objectives.
