Meanwhile, I can confirm that ministerial colleagues proposed Hon Richard Prebble CBE as a member of the Waitangi Tribunal and his name was included on a list provided to me. Otherwise, I do not propose to relitigate every aspect of an appointment made in a fashion consistent with the relevant legislation and Cabinet procedures.
