Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I received the lister aides-memoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, and advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade during the week beginning 4 November 2024. It is not in the public interest to release a further nine titles received during this period to maintain confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers and officials, to avoid prejudicing international relations, to avoid prejudice to negotiations and maintain the free and frank expression of opinions by Ministers and officials.
