Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, three Cabinet papers were circulated for ministerial consultation during the specified timeframe. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. The member asking the question was consulted on these papers during the week of 4 November 2024.
