72816 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: How many health and safety incidents, if any, occurred in the Minister's departments, if any, from 1 November 2022 to 1 November 2023?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised in the period 1 November 2022 – 31 October 2023, the Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha reported 84 health and safety incidents. Health and safety incidents include accidents, injuries, pain and discomfort, and near misses but exclude safety and security incidents.
