72790 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) consultations, if any, occurred in the Minister's departments, if any, from 1 November 2022 to 1 November 2023 and what was the cost, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: For Crown Law, the total number of EAP sessions was 123.75 (hours) at a cost of $19,019 (excluding GST). The PCO has 29 EAP consultations, at a cost of $5,537.
