72788 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) consultations, if any, occurred in the Minister's departments, if any, from 1 November 2023 to 1 November 2024 and what was the cost, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: For Crown Law, the total number of EAP sessions was 137.5 (hours) at a cost of $21,175 (excluding GST). The PCO had 37 EAP consultations at a cost of $6,370.
