72717 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How many Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) consultations, if any, occurred in the Minister's departments, if any, from 1 November 2023 to 1 November 2024 and what was the cost, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the Member to the attached table, which shows the number of new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) consultations between 1 November 2022 and 1 November 2024, by month and cost. Each programme consists of a series (usually three) of sessions and police employees may have multiple programmes in a year. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office, from 1 November 2023 to 1 November 2024 the Serious Fraud Office had nine EAP sessions, at a total cost of $1,701. From 1 November 2022 to 1 November 2023 the Serious Fraud Office had nine EAP sessions, at a total cost of $3,544. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 72722 (2024).
