72640 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: How many health and safety incidents, if any, occurred in the Minister's departments, if any, from 1 November 2023 to 1 November 2024?

Hon Judith Collins: From 1 November 2023 to 1 November 2024, there were 1,588 health and safety incidents reported in the New Zealand Defence Force Safety Event management System. For the Ministry of Defence there were six health and safety incidents.
