Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC), and Vote Minister for Prime Minister and Cabinet. Yes, I was invited to submit initiatives for consideration as part of Budget 2024. I am advised that Budget 24 material is available on the following website: Budget 2024 - 30 May 2024.
