Hon Nicola Willis: The Public Service Commission was not invited to submit for new spending initiatives or cost pressures in Budget 2024. However, the Social Wellbeing Agency, a departmental agency of the Public Service Commission, was invited to submit a bid, which the Social Wellbeing Agency contributed to as part of the Budget 2024 Initial Baseline Exercise.
