72428 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How, if at all, will the Minister address any frustration and/or low morale among nurses caused by Health New Zealand’s offer of a 0.5% wage increase, and how does this align with efforts to retain healthcare staff in New Zealand?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: It is not appropriate, or in the public interest, for me as the Minister of Health to comment while negotiations are ongoing.
