72237 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for the Public Service: How many discrete workspaces suitable for one worker are available in buildings owned or leased by the government that are suitable for use by public servants in Wellington, as at 4 November 2024?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that there is no centrally held record of the number of ‘discrete workspaces’ or ‘desks’. This data would need to be requested from individual agencies. As this would require significant staff resources, I do not believe it is in the public interest to do so. This is also my response to WPQ 72244 (2024).
