Hon Judith Collins: The Attorney-General regularly receives briefings and advice, and in many cases, these briefings attract privilege, including legal advice and litigation privileges. A list of such briefings is provided below in response to this question. Deletions have been made to this list in the public interest, and to uphold applicable privileges.
