Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister agree with Dr Paul Skirrow, mental health specialist, that "only a very small proportion of people with mental health conditions should require an emergency police response but, because of the lack of available care, families are finding they have few alternatives to calling 111"; if so, what, if anything, is he doing to address this?
