Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister the Environment, I submitted four papers to Cabinet in the week beginning 21 October 2024: 21/10/24 - Government Response to the Ministerial Inquiry into Land Use in Tairāwhiti/Gisborne and Wairoa: Next Steps 21/10/24 - Severe Weather Emergency Recovery (Auckland Flood Resilience Works) Order 2024. Two further titles have been withheld as they are under active consideration and are therefore not in the public interest to release.
