Hon Andrew Hoggard: In order to respond to the Member's question, each of my staff and I would need to manually search and review electronic communications across all platforms to determine whether these fall within the scope of the Member’s query. This process will be excessively time-consuming, administratively burdensome, and likely to divert my staff from their essential duties in supporting the governance of New Zealand. Therefore, pursuant to Speaker's Ruling 199/6, I do not believe it is in the public interest to direct my staff to carry out this task.
