69721 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the breakdown of total proposed number of units, land cost and total spend of any Kāinga Ora social housing projects on Waimea Road, Nelson and the status of their progression to contract?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that there are three social housing projects on Waimea Road, Nelson with a total of 45 homes proposed. Kāinga Ora has spent a total of $10,733,587 as at 30 September 2024 and 29 homes are contracted and under construction with the remaining 16 homes (two projects of eight homes each) currently under review and no homes have been contracted.
