69720 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the breakdown of total proposed number of units, land cost and total spend of any Kāinga Ora social housing projects on Roscommon Road, Auckland and the status of their progression to contract?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that there are two proposed social housing projects on Roscommon Road, Auckland for a total of 34 homes. Kāinga Ora has spent $1,906,672 as at 30 September 2024. Both projects (one of 29 homes and a second of five homes) are currently under review and no homes have been contracted to be built.
