69719 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the breakdown of total proposed number of units, land cost and total spend of any Kāinga Ora social housing projects on Friedlanders Road, Auckland and the status of their progression to contract?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that there are three social housing projects on Friedlanders Road, Auckland with a total of 17 homes proposed. Kāinga Ora has spent $1,174,234 as at 30 September 2024. All three projects (two for five homes and one for seven homes) are currently under review. No homes have been contracted to be built.
