Hon Judith Collins: Agencies are responsible for developing their own AI policies on the use of AI. Guidance advising agencies on how to use Generative AI safely, ethically and in a privacy-protecting way was issued by the Data, Digital, Procurement, Privacy and Cyber Security System Leads in July 2023.
