Hon Simon Watts: In my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change, I received the following documents in the week beginning 14 October 2024: 16/10/2024 – BRF-5349 - ERP2 and achieving EB2 16/10/2024 – BRF-5473 – Aide Memoire: Meeting with Dr Suzi Kerr, Environmental Defence Fund 17/10/2024 - Climate Weekly Update week of 21 October 2024. Three further titles have been withheld as they are under active consideration and are therefore not in the public interest to release.
