Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I submitted three papers to Cabinet Committees in the week beginning 14 October 2024: 16/10/24 - Cabinet Economic Policy Committee - Government Response to the Ministerial Inquiry into Land Use in Tairāwhiti/Gisborne and Wairoa: Next Steps 17/10/24 - Cabinet Legislation Committee - Severe Weather Emergency Recovery (Auckland Flood Resilience Works) Order 2024. One further title has been withheld as it is under active consideration and therefore not in the public interest to release.
