Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter (April to June 2024) develop ‘Compliance with minimum data requirements for all new contracts and procurement’ under ‘Horizon Two’ of the Data and Information Strategy for Health and Disability: Roadmap 2021-2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand's HISO standards committee drafted a set of essential data and interoperability standards expectations and requirements to be used in all new contracts and procurement.
