Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter (April to June 2024) ‘Extend engagement and co-design approaches to work with relevant experts and communities on Pacific data sovereignty’ under ‘Horizon Two’ of the Data and Information Strategy for Health and Disability: Roadmap 2021-2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the January to March 2024 quarter, a Pacific health data framework was co-developed, which aligns the outcomes of Pacific health commissioning with the models of care provided by Pacific health community providers.
