68166 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 5644, what progress, if any, has been made in the quarter (April to June 2024) on health promotion work programmes concerning 'skin cancer prevention'?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand continued funding the SunSmart website and national awareness campaign; supported the Melanoma Network, and drafted and put out for consultation a Skin Cancer Primary Prevention and Early Detection Strategy.
