Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter April to June 2024 to ‘Establish intelligence and insight leadership that ensures Te Ao Māori, Mātauranga Māori, Pacific and Tāngata Whaikaha | Disabled people’s world views are reflected in the use of health intelligence’ under section 1.4 ‘Strengthening the use of health insights and intelligence’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Te Pae Tata: Interim New Zealand Health Plan 2022?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand continued work to determine how to present disability data in a meaningful way. Planning also continued for the Personal Profile NHI project.
