Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter April to June 2024 to ‘Design and commission Te Ao Māori, whānau-centred and Pacific whānau-centred integrated maternity and early years services’ under section 2.2 ‘Kahu Taurima | Maternity and early years’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Te Pae Tata: Interim New Zealand Health Plan 2022?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, 34 Hauora Māori partners continued to provide Kahu Taurima Te Āo Māori services, and that Health New Zealand continued to support all five Pacific Kahu Taurima providers.
