67977 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Finance: What advice, if any, listed by title and date, has the Minister, or her Office, requested or received, on the impact, if any, on the fiscal forecasts of the potential failure of the last Emissions Trading Scheme for the 2024 calendar year?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Treasury has not provided any formal advice on the potential outcomes of the December 2024 auction. Communications between the Treasury and my office regarding previous auctions, which referenced the December auction, have already been released to the Green Party under the OIA (Reference: 20240496).
