67966 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Transport: When does the Minister expect, if at all, to receive the final plans and/or briefing on for the Wellington mega tunnel?

Hon Simeon Brown: I expect to receive the final plans for the SH1 Second Mt Victoria Tunnel and Basin Reserve upgrade Road of National Significance once a preferred option has been endorsed by the NZ Transport Agency Board.
