67925 (2024). Rachel Boyack to the Minister for ACC: What specific actions, if any, is the Minister taking to address the ACC's deficit and prevent future financial shortfalls?

Hon Matt Doocey: I have set a clear expectation that ACC delivers rehabilitation more efficiently with improved value for money. By the end of this parliamentary term, we expect to see a substantial and sustained shift by ACC towards improved rehabilitation outcomes. ACC have just closed consultation on levies for 2025-2028 and Cabinet will receive advice shortly. Any further action, if any, will be announced in due course.
