67910 (2024). Rachel Boyack to the Minister for ACC: Is the ACC correct in asserting that the deficit has been caused by court decisions, higher costs and volumes and declining rehabilitation performance; if so, which court decisions exactly?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised this is correct. I am further advised that the court decisions are the Court of Appeal rulings on Scheme cover boundaries (ACC v AZ) and the eligibility rules for accident compensation entitlements (ACC v TN).
