Rt Hon Winston Peters: There are references to the issue of humanitarian visas for Palestinians in the submission to the Minister of Foreign Affairs titled 'Israel-Hamas conflict: Support for family members of New Zealand citizens and permanent residents' dated 8 December 2023. Immigration questions should be directed to the Minister of Immigration as the relevant decision-maker.
