67859 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Did the Fast-track Projects Advisory Group receive any environmental expert advice regarding Trans-Tasman Resources project; if so, what was that advice?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Advisory Group received advice from officials on each project. Ministers were not party to this advice as the Advisory Group operated independently of Ministers. I refer the member to the Fast-Track Projects Advisory Group Report.
