Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Health: Does the Government have any immediate plans to implement the Dementia Mate Wareware Action Plan; if none, is the Government aware that the number of people living with dementia could double, and triple among Māori and Pacific Peoples, in the next 20 years, and that a risk reduction strategy could reduce dementia prevalence?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that implementation of the Dementia Mate Wareware Action Plan has already begun.
