67833 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many, if any, requests have been made to access restricted records at Archives New Zealand between 1 January 2024 and 30 September 2024, broken down by month?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by Archives New Zealand that it does not track requests to access restricted records. Such requests must be directed to the public office that controls the record. Archives New Zealand may only be involved in an advisory capacity.
