67814 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: Further to 60139 (2024) did the police purport to exercise any particular legal right or power in seizing the 41 gang patches and if so what was that legal right or power?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the patches were seized under authority of search warrants as evidence to assist in charges of Participation in an Organised Criminal Group.
