67772 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Resources: What cabinet papers, if any, has the Minister taken to Cabinet since 1 October in relation to Trans-Tasman Resource's application to mine the seabed off the South Taranaki Bight, by title and date?

Hon Shane Jones: On 30 September I took a paper to Cabinet titled Fast-track Approvals Bill: Listed Projects. This paper was seeking Cabinet approval on projects to list in Schedule 2 of the Fast-track Approvals Bill. This included Trans-Tasman Resource’s application.
