67758 (2024). Celia Wade-Brown to the Minister of Local Government: Does the Minister stand by his statement that the “Central government is focusing on the must-haves, not the nice-to-haves. Our expectation is that local government does the same”; if so, does he consider monitored and well-managed rivers and reserves as a nice-to-have or a vital contribution to local environmental well-being?
