Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand worked with stakeholders and at a district and regional level to define national policies for operational access, booking, and waitlist management. This Planned Care Patient Pathway will provide consistent, monitorable, business rules for districts to apply to scheduling, regardless of the different systems or responsible roles that apply at a local level.
