66397 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister intend to implement the proposed rural mental health strategy, prepared by Young Farmers, Rural Women, Federated Farmers, and others, that suggests setting up a contestable fund with a selection panel and an advisory panel that can measure and monitor the effectiveness of its programmes; if so, when will this happen?

Hon Matt Doocey: I acknowledge that rural communities have unique mental health needs and I am considering options to improve support for rural communities.
